I do not want to sell it online like ebay or amazon. Any local stores I can sell to? Should I go to a local Jeweler?

I don’t know what cash4gold will pay. I do know from my past experience, that I sent them a scrap jewelry ring and they paid me .26. I rejected the offer and they returned my ring promptly. I then found another company, http://www.captaincashforgold.com/ that paid me 3 for the same ring!! and they enclosed a track able Fedex pack along with 0 insurance as opposed to some crappy envelope from cash4gold that you cant even track. I really got burned a couple of times using a couple of different cash for gold companies but with http://www.captaincashforgold.com/ I feel I finally found one that I could really trust with my valuables.

Forget Amazon. But if you pass up eBay, you’re losing out on the world’s largest marketplace of ready, willing and able spenders. Yes, you have to pay fees. But for the high price you’re talking for this set, the total eBay and Paypal fees will be no more than 5%.
They are going for around $3,700 on eBay, if you have all of the original US Mint packaging.
You’ve got 1.85 Troy ounces of pure gold. Today’s closing price was $1,186 per ounce. Bullion value is around $2,200. If you only got $3,500 on eBay and paid 10% in total fees (which you won’t, for an auction listing, the maximum charge is $50, which is less than 1.5%, and the Paypal fee is 3%), you would net $3,150. That’s $950 more than bullion price.
No local dealer, coin shop, jewelry store, etc, is going to pay you anywhere NEAR $950 above bullion price. And, in reality, if you get $3,600 on eBay, you’re going to net $3,400. That’s $1,200 over bullion, not $950.
Maybe you don’t have an eBay account, or just don’t want to deal with it. I do have an account, for over ten years, with perfect feedback. I can help you get more than any local place will pay you. Contact me.
